Then, you will be put through a series of simple, isometric simple exercises that are much less strenuous than the average gym workout. The electronic muscle stimulation will do the deep toning contractions for you.

Tone your muscles to reduce cellulite!

Training regularly, with a high level of intensity is very important to achieve well toned muscles and reduce excess of body fat. When muscles are well formed, they tighten the skin lying above the muscle, giving it a smooth, beautiful appearance. However the level of training intensity required is seldom achieved through traditional strength training or body toning workouts. With EMS training, the electronic muscle stimulation enables large muscle groups to be trained simultaneously, with a high level of intensity. This results in fat stores from the hips, waste and buttocks being effectively reduced – in short – making EMS is a brilliant ‘cellulite exercise’. (cf. Boeckh-Behrens/Vatter 2003).

How many sessions do I need?

For best results in cellulite reduction, body toning and fat loss, we recommend between 10 to 20 EMS training sessions, 20 minutes each once per week.

    Hi, i wanted to know if you wanna speed up the process can you do more than one session per week.
    For example if i take 2 sessions per week for 10 weeks? And if it is possible could yiu let me know how the pricing works regading to it?

      Dear Allinson,
      We can speed up the training but only after 8 weeks. Your muscles needs recovery, recovery that has the same importance as the training itself. Being a new type of training for your muscles, first 8 weeks is recommended once a week.
