EMS Training in Abu Dhabi: Emirates Palace or Shangri-La?
Trying to fit EMS training into a packed Abu Dhabi week? Easy Fit currently offers trial bookings at Emirates Palace and Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri. Both offer a trainer-led EMS workout. The useful choice is the studio you can reach and revisit without turning a short workout into a long trip.
Which Abu Dhabi EMS studio fits your routine?
Emirates Palace: convenient for a West Corniche route
Easy Fit’s Emirates Palace location is on West Corniche Road. It may suit you if your work, home or regular errands are on that side of Abu Dhabi. Read more about EMS training at Emirates Palace, then check the booking page for an available time.

Shangri-La: convenient for Qaryat Al Beri and Rabdan
Easy Fit also has a location at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, in the Rabdan area. If that location sits closer to your normal route, it may be the easier appointment to keep. See the Shangri-La Abu Dhabi studio page for an introduction to the location.
Neither location is automatically the best choice for everyone. Compare your actual journey at the time you would train, the available appointment times and the full time away from work or home. Check your confirmation for the exact studio entrance and arrival instructions.
Is a 20-minute EMS workout a 20-minute visit?
No. The Easy Fit trial booking page describes a 20-minute trainer-led workout and says to allow extra time for your introduction and setup. Add travel, changing and any time you need afterward. If you are planning a session around a lunch break, check the total door-to-door time before you book.
A simple way to test a potential slot is to put four blocks in your calendar: journey to the studio, arrival and setup, the training appointment, and the journey back. This is more useful than judging the slot by workout length alone. For your first visit, leave a little more room than you think you need so you can discuss your goals and health history with the trainer.
Can EMS support a weight-management plan?
A short, scheduled strength-focused workout may help you build a routine you can maintain. Weight management, however, also depends on eating habits and activity across the rest of the week. The US National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases explains that healthier eating and regular activity can help people reach and maintain a healthy weight. No individual EMS session promises a particular result or fat loss from a chosen area.
For overall health, the World Health Organization recommends 150–300 minutes of moderate aerobic activity a week for adults, or an equivalent amount of vigorous activity, plus muscle-strengthening activity on at least two days. You can build toward this with walking or other movement that fits your life. A single EMS appointment does not replace a full week’s activity.
How to choose and book
- Choose the easier route. Start with West Corniche or Qaryat Al Beri based on where you already travel.
- Check a realistic slot. Review the live booking calendar and allow time for the complete visit.
- Tell your trainer your goal. Mention your experience, schedule and any relevant health concerns before training. If you are unsure whether EMS suits a medical condition, ask a healthcare professional first.
- Keep the rest of the week simple. Pair the appointment with movement and food choices you can repeat.
